And also the fact that she's collaborating with David Lynch is my Fact of the day.

pull together

i won't "pull myself together."
(Not that it is currently a thing that's present. Just K. mentioned it to me the other day, and I found it interesting.)

Linguistically ridiculous.
I mean, of course it is a necessary thing to have strength to get through a tricky bit, or a particular problem.
But that should not be a constant thing.
Getting through life so you're constantly "pulled together".

The words will absolutely come into being.
Anything that is "pulled together". It just sounds like it has to be held together as well.

nostalgia

I've found so many nostalgia-inducing articles lately. Pictures, old posts on old websites that I've forgotten, old cards, from old friends, messages.

Nostalgia.
Not a frequent visitor in my head and heart.
I know it fascinates A., but it's never really been my cup of tea.

And then in the last week I've been neck-deep in it.

Funny feeling, isn't it. Nostalgia.
