Tomorrow, Saturday, it's time for a huge huge vintage/2nd hand sale in Tallinn!
And Spanish and I have bought a table to get our hands wet with the buying and selling madness.
So currently my room is in a state unlike any other, because for the first time in 7 years I have all my clothes in the same place and out at the same time.
But I'm powering through!
Gotta wash, gotta dry, gotta pack 'em - and then I'm all ready for tomorrow!
First wash (whites) is on.
Next on the agenda is putting the to-keep items into boxes, which will stay in my room.
And the rest of the stuff into the suitcase and huge Ikea bag.
I'm thinking of making "spring/summer" and "autumn/winter" signs, so it's easier for the people to browse through.
I think that would help.
And we're also planning on getting some biscuits - I'd rather haggle eating biscuits, than not, y'know.
Getting this done will be a big thing for me.
It's been on the want-to-do list for so long, and it will mark another step towards the place I wish to get to.
And I will.
Website handy in English.

Gosh, I want to get to the end of this.
Yours truly.

sorting sorting sorting sorting
...sorting sorting.
What am I sorting, you ask? (Or maybe you don't, but I'm going to hope that you would ask, what am I sorting.)
Stuff, is the answer.
I'm stewing a secret plan, of returning to my homecountry (ES-TO-NI-A!) for some time.
I've lived in London for 6 years (with the 7th currently running). Which is a lot of time. Nearly a fourth of my life.
Crazy.
Absolutely crazy.
So now with various things here and there, and A. being SO international, and all the sweethearts at home, et cetera, I've found myself actively thinking about this.
So therefore, because I am a HUMONGOUS chicken-pants (direct translation from Estonian), and by that I mean HUMONGOUS, I thought that actions could turn themselves into words. Since I'm too scared to actually say it and therefore make it official, I'm simply sorting through everything. My pre-step to moving.
But I think it's working.
And I'm having fairly significant amounts of fun with this. Finding old things, trying on all of my clothes to see what stays, what goes. Old posters, and other bits and pieces.
With Energy FM pumping great club-beatz at me. This is an Estonian radio station, and they are great.
http://www.energyfm.ee/ (go crazy. great tidying, sorting, workout-ing, whatever-ing music.)
Here's a picture of all the rings I found, none of which I wear, ever.
But much like the 5-year-old that I am, I put them all on at once and felt great about this situation.
My room was so lovely this morning. Alas, this sorting business has taken a little longer than I expected.
So now, my haven has been turned upside down.
Sigh.
Not to fear, tomorrow I will valiantly finish this quest!
Chicken is sorting.

day 3
..was yesterday.
"The best part of my day".
F. came around which was so lovely.
Before her arrival I sorted through at least half of all the stuff I own in this country. (I think I'm carrying on today.) Which was divine. I like making space (this doesn't happen often, but when it does, it's great), it just feels nicer to breathe you know, and besides finding old stuff is great too.
A. mentioned something interesting just now, "uprooting".
I think sorting through stuff is a little bit like that. Like, a pre-step, or something.
Then F. and I made some hummus, and chatted in the kitchen. And it was nice.
And I made a big plan. And that was nice too.
Yesterday was just one of those days, that over-all was nice. (Such a bland word, but works well in this context.)
And because there wasn't a single best part of my day, I'm just going to add a photo of a lantern that AEM bought - it makes me giggle in disbelief (I mean, it's an indoor lantern?), and I feel like Snowwhite, or something.
Day 4.
