goodnight

Today was SUPER (!!).
And last night was one big revelation. Like, huge. A huge revelation.

So highly highly significant times all around.
But I shall most probably elaborate on all this soon.

For now, I wish you a good night and peaceful sleep.
My cat is currently making an attempt to physically climb onto me, to get comfy.

And tomorrow it's time to carry on this great new-found energy.
Praise the heavens, it was about time.

With love.

time

I have time.
Okay, yes, it's constantly reducing, but still, I have time.

I have time.
To live a life that I've chosen for myself.
To do the things I want to do.
To decide
To change
To learn
To grow
To laugh
And dance
And travel
And adventure
To see
To hear
To taste
To touch

And I can only do this for myself.
I cannot convince anyone else of anything, unless they want to do it or want to be convinced.
February is for making sure I do the best I can with me, and leave others to do their own growing, and whatever.
And there's plenty I want to do with me. Things to decide and find out and explore and, just so much.

I have time.
Use it well.

Here's to time.

desktop background

I love my desktop backgrounds, really.
Because I spend a lot of my on my laptop and therefore see the desktop quite a lot, it has to be something that either inspires me, or goes with the season, or calms me down - basically whatever I need at the time.

And since my love of wolves (more about this later) is growing, one has now found a way onto my desktop.

I heart wolf.

2013 happytimez, ftw

I'm finished!
The tour's done and it's been absolutely brilliant. Great audience again tonight, so all was good.
However, I have to say I'll be happy to have some time to get back on the fitness train.
The eating's fine, I'm on that train nice and steady, but I really miss the workout. My body got properly used to it, and I've been so busy, or lazy, or tired - or all three at the same time.
So I miss moving.
Yoga, or Pilates, or a good long walk, or some exercise at home, or whatever. There's so much of it, and I don't really mind. Swimming is good as well. I'd love to rollerskate but that will have to wait.
For now, it's any of the selection above.
As long as it gets the heart rate up.

And if any of you are doing the same thing, please, don't forget to eat.
Seriously, if you don't eat enough, your body will pretty immediately go into its distress mode and as opposed to getting rid of the unnecessary bits of the fat tissue, it will eat at the muscle.
Eat 4-5 times a day to keep your body happy. So it doesn't get rid of your muscles. Muscles are awesome.
If you don't believe me, do some reading. There are so many great blogs and websites and alllllsorts out there.
Just don't undo your own good work, and don't harm your body. Cause it's great.

Speech over.
Get moving and get endorphin-ed.

Crow pose! #yoga #armbalances By the way, the tops from Lorna Jane are fabulous at the moment. The fabric “sticks” to your leggings/pants and it means your shirt doesn’t fall down in tricky poses. Great for when you don’t want your tummy hanging about in yoga class. :) (Taken with Instagram)
